Graduation & Senior Portrait Agreement
Session Details
The session includes the agreed-upon package (Individual, Buddy, or Group). The client will have access to the specified number of edited photos, and additional photos may be available for purchase.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit serves as a retainer for the photographer's time and preparation. The remaining balance is due at the time of photo delivery. Payments can be made via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Cancellations are only allowed if caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, weather, or other emergencies). In such cases, the session will be rescheduled, and the deposit will be applied to the new session. Rescheduling can be done based on availability. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Arrival
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time.
Image Delivery
Edited photos will be delivered within the stated turnaround time. Additional editing requests or extra photos may incur extra charges.
Gallery Access & Proofing
Client Proofing & Selection: Depending on the package selected, clients will have access to an online proofing gallery where they can review and choose their final images for delivery. These images will initially have watermarks. Once selections are made, the chosen images will be delivered in high resolution without watermarks.
Additional Photos: Clients may purchase additional images beyond their package’s limit. These extra photos will be available in the gallery and can be purchased individually or as part of an add-on bundle.
Guest Access: Additional individuals (such as family members or friends) may be granted access to the online gallery at the discretion of the Main Client. However, all images available to Guests will contain watermarks. Guests will have the option to purchase non-watermarked images if desired.
Rights and Usage
The client grants Magaña Photography the right to use the images for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing. If opting out, clients must notify the photographer before the session.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their outfit choices and securing any necessary permissions for chosen locations. Magaña Photography is not liable for access issues at the location.
Liability Release
The photographer is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss during the session, whether on location or in transit.
Force Majeure
In the event the photographer is unable to perform services due to an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, a full refund of the deposit will be issued, or the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
