• 1. How do I book your services for my wedding?

  To book, simply contact me to confirm availability for your wedding date. Once we’ve confirmed, I’ll provide a contract and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the signed agreement and retainer are completed.

  2. How far in advance should we book?

  I recommend booking as soon as possible, as dates fill up quickly—especially during peak wedding season. Ideally, book 6–12 months in advance to secure your date.

  3. Do you require a deposit?

  Yes, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The retainer is applied toward the total cost of your package, with the remaining balance due before the wedding. Full contract details will be provided at the time of completing your booking.

  4. Do you travel for weddings?

  Absolutely! I love destination weddings and are happy to travel to your location. Travel fees may apply for weddings outside my local area.

  5. How many photos will we receive?

  All packaged include unlimited photos. I carefully review and quality-check all the photos taken throughout your event, selecting the best ones to edit and deliver. This ensures you receive a collection of high-quality, professionally edited images that truly capture the essence of your day.

  6. How long will it take to receive our photos and videos?

  For photos, delivery typically takes 8-10 weeks. If you choose expedited editing (available in certain packages), your images will be ready sooner. Videos are usually delivered within 8–10 weeks. All time frames are estimates and depends on the season and work load.

  7. Will all the photos be edited?

  Not all photos will be edited. I carefully select the best photos from your wedding day and professionally edit those to ensure they look their absolute best. This approach allows me to focus on delivering a collection of high-quality images that truly represent the special moments of your day.

  8. Can we customize a package to fit our needs?

  I understand that unexpected things can happen. Rescheduling is possible based on my availability, and your retainer can be applied to the new date. In case of cancellation, the retainer is non-refundable.

8. Can we bring outfit changes?
Absolutely! I recommend 1–2 outfit changes for variety. Choose outfits that reflect your personalities and feel comfortable to move in. I’m happy to offer styling tips, too.

9. What if it rains or we need to reschedule?
If weather or personal circumstances require a reschedule, I’ll work with you to find another available date. Your retainer will transfer to the new session date.

10. Can we include pets or props in the session?
Yes! Pets, signs, champagne, or anything meaningful to your story are welcome. Just let me know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Absolutely. I guide you every step of the way with natural prompts and poses that help you feel comfortable and look your best. No modeling experience needed!

Yes! Your engagement photos are perfect for save-the-dates, guest books, wedding websites, and displays at your event. You’ll have full printing rights.

Yes, and yes! I specialize in capturing surprise proposals and can help plan the logistics, timing, and even give suggestions on location, positioning, and cues so everything flows smoothly and naturally.

4. Do you help choose a location for the proposal?
Absolutely! I can recommend beautiful spots based on lighting, privacy, and your vision—whether it’s a scenic park, downtown setting, or romantic overlook. I can also scout the location in advance.

5. Will you be hidden during the proposal?
Yes! I’ll blend into the environment or position myself discreetly to remain unnoticed until the moment happens. After the “yes,” I’ll step in for a short portrait session while emotions are still high!

6. How long is the session?
Most proposal sessions last 30–60 minutes. This includes the actual proposal, followed by a mini session for portraits, candids, and ring shots. Longer sessions are available if you’d like to add more time or locations.

7. What if we want to include friends or family?
I’m happy to coordinate with your loved ones and capture their reactions as well. Just let me know if they’ll be present or part of the surprise!

8. What’s included in the proposal session package?
Every proposal package includes:

9. How many photos do we get?
There’s no limit! I carefully select and professionally edit all the best moments from your session to deliver a complete and meaningful gallery.

10. How long will it take to receive our photos?
Your full gallery will be ready within 2–3 weeks. I also provide sneak peeks within 48 hours so you can relive and share the moment right away.

11. Can I add video coverage?
Yes! Video coverage can be added to your session if you’d like the moment captured on film. Let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.

12. What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
If weather conditions aren’t ideal, I’ll work with you to either reschedule or adjust the plan. I also have experience shooting in all kinds of weather and can adapt if needed.
